This series of technologies supports the seamless and convenient life cycle of electronic and paper documents, from preparation, distribution, sharing and usage to storage and disposal. Specifically, they provide environment-friendly copying, printing, scanning and disposal (including disposal of multifunction devices and shredders) and a useful and practical document workflow in actual workplace conditions through connecting paper and electronic documents. It also encompasses document repositories that facilitate the exchange of knowledge.
