CSR Communication

The Fujifilm Group actively promotes communication with stakeholders. Since 2004, we have held annual Stakeholder Dialogues, inviting major internal and external stakeholders. At these events, the importance of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) issues is discussed from the viewpoints of both stakeholders and the company to develop a common awareness of these challenges. In addition, the Group is moving ahead with CSR activities while establishing steps to continually improve them.

Activities related to communication with stakeholders are explained.

The Fujifilm Group began conducting FF / FX Synergy Training in 2008, with the aim of fostering reform. To incorporate the results of this training in future seminars, we held a stakeholder dialogue meeting at which participants exchanged opinions.

Stakeholder dialogues provide opportunities for employees to review the Fujifilm Group's CSR as well as to identify and share challenges through discussions with stakeholders.
