The FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation will have an overarching management role for the entire Fujifilm Group, with strategy planning functions for the two major operating companies, FUIIFILM Corporation and Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd, as well as the other group companies. This capacity to take a group-wide view will enable the new corporation to secure competitive advantages for each of the group companies, while also affording it the ideal perspective for effective overall resource allocation.
It will also expand collaboration among the group companies and promote greater efficiency through personnel exchanges within the group and centralized management of common operations.

The Board of Directors of FUJIFILM Holdings will be made up of individuals selected from both FUJIFILM Corporation and Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. The appointment of directors from outside the company will further add to managerial transparency.

Within an “open, fair and clear corporate culture”, each of the employees will bring an awareness they share with every stakeholder to the work they do each day. We would like to create new value for the future and continue on as a corporation that society can trust.

The Fujifilm Group is formulating the “Fujifilm Group Green Policy” as a medium-term environmental strategy for the entire group. The concept behind the Green Policy is to satisfy customer expectations and contribute to sustainable development for the corporation, for human beings and for the planet by achieving both product quality and environmental quality in our products, services and corporate activities.

The cornerstone of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is to faithfully conduct your core business while delivering high-quality products that effectively address the needs of your customers. At the same time, it is also important to secure profits and employment through stable growth while considering the environment and making a contribution to society. We believe CSR consists of being fully conscious of these imperatives while every employee works to improve and enhance the company's overall tone and style.
With this consciousness in mind, the Group CSR Committee was established with the Fujifilm Group President as its chairman. The work of this committee includes studying the stance to be taken by the Fujifilm Group towards CSR activities, considering strategies for dealing with CSR issues common to the group companies and looking at future CSR management structures. In this way, the group will be even better positioned to fulfill its social responsibilities.
